This agreement is between partners in education who are dedicated to doing better. To that end, the parties accept accountability for quality instruction and student academic achievement. It is understood that accountability means communicating the desired results, implementing appropriate strategies, reporting on results achieved, assessing the difference, and initiating necessary changes to effect performance improvement. Strong leadership, effective communication, and widespread training throughout RCS are needed to achieve a culture of trust, innovation, mission-driven purpose, and high expectations for teacher and student success.
