CERTIFIED ALLOY PRODUCTS, INC., et al., Case No. 21STCV03308, filed in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles (hereinafter known as the “Class Action”), and (2) DANNY CARMONA, on behalf of himself and other aggrieved employees v. CERTIFIED ALLOY PRODUCTS, INC., et al., Case No. 21STCV13416, filed in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles (hereinafter, the “PAGA Action”). The Class Action and the PAGA Action will hereinafter be referred to collectively as the “Lawsuits.”
