In consideration of the services of the Northland Pines School District, the Northland Pines Ropes and Challenge Course facilitators (hereinafter collectively referred to as NPRCC), their officers, agents and employees, I hereby agree to release and discharge the above mentioned on behalf of myself, my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate as follows:
