This Terms of Use ("Agreement") is hereby entered into and agreed upon by and between you (“You”, “Your”/ “Licensee”/”Customer”), either an individual or a legal entity, and applicable 42Gears Entity as determined in accordance with this Agreement ("Licensor"/”42Gears”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Licensee is licensed to use the Software (as defined below) being distributed with this Agreement.
