By the Client’s signature hereto, and receipt of the payment (as more fully set out in this Contract) by Southpaw Industries (Pty) Ltd, the Client hereby accepts the quotation, and Southpaw Industries (Pty) Ltd hereby accepts the brief, to which these terms and conditions are attached. The Client further acknowledges that they have read, and agrees to, all terms and conditions as stated below. This terms and conditions document (incorporating the quotation, brief and Supplier Form) constitutes the whole agreement between the Client and Southpaw Industries (Pty) Ltd and any variation hereof shall only be of full force and effect is same is reduced to writing and signed by all parties.
