This Field Services Contract (the “Contract”) is dated as of (the “Effective Date”) and is by and between Metron Farnier, LLC having a principal place of business at 5665 Airport Blvd, Boulder, CO 80301 (“Metron”) and the Town of Fraser, CO (the “Utility”). Metron and Utility may be individually referred to as a “party” or collectively as the “parties” under this Contract.
