This First Amendment to the COMMUNICATIONS SITE LEASE AGREEMENT (MONOPOLE) (this “First Amendment”) is made effective as of the date of the last signature to this First Amendment (the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Warrenville, Illinois, an Illinois municipal corporation (“Landlord” or “City”) and Chicago SMSA Limited Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless (“Tenant” or “Lessee”) (Landlord and Tenant being collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”).
