Following are the Standard Terms & Conditions (“STC”), as may be updated and amended by Marvel Studios LLC (“Marvel”) from time to time, to the CO-PROMOTION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) by and between the Marvel and/or the Disney parties set forth in the main part of the Agreement (“Cover Agreement”) on the one hand, and on the other hand, the media, exhibitor, or other co-promotion partner (“Co-Promotion Partner”) (each a “Party”) set forth in the Cover Agreement, in connection with the co-promotion of Co-Promotion Partner’s product(s) and/or service(s) (“Participating Product(s)/Service(s)”) and the release of the Marvel motion picture, direct-to-consumer television program, and/or other audio-visual production (generally including all assets thereof, the “Property”, and as released for exhibition, the “Movie”, “Series”, or “Picture”, as applicable) in the Territory(ies) during the Co-Promotion Period, all as specified in the Cover Agreement and the STC. All activities in connection w
