This end-user license agreement (hereinafter “EULA”) is a legally binding agreement between you (a single natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to by the term “Licensee”) and M-Files Corporation (hereinafter “M-Files”). M-Files authorizes Licensee to use and install the Software (as defined below) under the terms and conditions set forth herein.
