CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER 02Contract Change Order • June 6th, 2012
IT IS AGREED BY THE UNDERSIGNED that the above-identified Project is modified to the effect of the changes described below for the compensation authorized. It is further agreed that all extensions of time and cost of delay resulting directly from the changes hereby authorized are provided for herein; that the contractor may make no further claim therefore; and that the original contracts and all prior amendments are not modified except as expressly specified herein. This Contract Change Order is governed by the terms and conditions of the Agreement between MWA & Metro Builders & Engineers Group LTD dated May 23, 2011, and shall not modify any of the terms and conditions thereof. The documents supporting this Change Order, including any drawings and estimates of cost, if required are attached hereto and made a part hereof. This Order shall not be considered as such until the Owner and the Contractor have signed it. Upon final approval, distribution of copies will be made as required. (D
