This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Sprint Communications Company L.P. (“Sprint”), a Delaware Limited Partnership, and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties.” This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Sprint or both as a “Party” or “Parties”, and is made effective upon the date that it is signed by both Parties (“Effective Date”) which is June 7, 2001.
