That the Secretary, by authority of Title 10, United States Code, Section 2667, and for the consideration set forth herein, hereby leases to the Lessee the property hereinafter identified as AL-12 approximately +/-96 acres for Hay production, AL-21 for Hay production, AL-30 approximately +/-30 acres for Hay production, AL-31 approximately +/- 50 acres for Hay production all being located inside the secured fence at the New River Unit with access through security Gate 20 with proper identification unless otherwise noted, as shown in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof, hereinafter referred to as the premises, for hay/pasture harvest, and in accordance with the Land Use regulations identified in Exhibit "B", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
