SERVICE CONTRACT OPTIONS. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for the service contracts offered for all NaviCare® Nurse Call (“NNC”) systems. Hill-Rom offers a mandatory Software Maintenance service contract (herein referred to as “Software Maintenance Agreement” or “SMA”) and an optional Parts and Labor service contract (herein referred to as “Extended Service Agreement” or “ESA”). Service contracts may be purchased by Customer on an annual basis.
