Independent Contractor. The Consultant shall be and operate as an independent Contractor in the performance of this Agreement. The Consultant shall have complete charge of the personnel engaged in the performance of the Services, and all persons employed by the Consultant shall be employees of said Consultant and not employees of the City in any respect.
