The parties to this agreement confirm that they are both competent and have the capacity and authority to enter into the same. These Terms and Conditions only apply between you (“You”) and us (“TMC”). They do not give any benefit or rights to any third party, individual or organisation. Our Terms and Conditions of Business relating to legal work are set out below. These will be updated from time to time. All future work carried out by TMC on your behalf shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Please note that we are qualified and authorised only to provide services in relation to legal costs.
