This Controller Subscription Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Oracle Corporation Australia Pty Limited (ABN 80 003 074 468) (“Oracle”), and the entity which has executed this Agreement by executing an Estimate/Order Form that incorporates or references this Agreement (“Customer”). Capitalized terms not defined elsewhere in this Agreement shall have the meaning given to them in the Definitions section below. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that govern Estimate/Order Forms placed under this Agreement.
