ONLINE PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONSScope of Agreement • December 2nd, 2019
SCOPE OF AGREEMENT: Your use of the "Online Payment" service, which allows you to pay amounts you owe to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. (“VMF”, "we", or "us") electronically (each, an "Online Payment"), is subject to these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") between you and us. In this Agreement, the words "you" and "your" refer to either the borrower (“Loan Customer”) or the authorized account user, in each case who has authorized an Online Payment under this Agreement. The words "your account" refer to the account held by a bank, securities firm or other financial institution from which debits will be made when you authorize an Online Payment. The words "your bank" mean the bank, securities firm or other financial institution that holds your account from which payments will be debited. The words “your Loan Account” means the mortgage loan you have with us.
