Schindler Elevator would like to empower its service field force by streamlining ability for field technicians to utilize their technical expertise and recommend reliability and cosmetic upgrades to our customer base. Schindler will be piloting an Inside Sales program where an experienced elevator sales professional will be able to get information right from the field tech at a customer property and quickly get an upgrade proposal to customer. A field tech will have ability to recommend onsite to customer and have confidence valid proposal will be directed to customer shortly thereafter.
