that I am the lawful parent or legal guardian of the child listed below and that my child has my permission to participate, on one or more of the following dates, in an event known as the Epic Character Race 5K/10K Run Event taking place at the Universal Orlando Resort and associated offsite venues on Saturday, February 1, 2020, and Sunday, February 2, 2020 (the “Run Event”). I acknowledge that participation in the Run Event may involve substantial risk to my child, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, death or other loss, and that in granting the aforementioned permission, I do so freely.
