made and entered into as of this 10th day of January, 2023 by and between the VILLAGE OF ASHVILLE, OHIO (the “Village”), a municipal corporation and political subdivision in and of the State of Ohio (the “State”) and duly organized and validly existing under the constitution and laws of the State, and EXEL INC., a Massachusetts corporation, d/b/a DHL Supply Chain (USA) (the “Company”). Company and its successors and assigns under this Agreement are hereinafter referred to as “Owner” or “Owners.” The Village and the Company are each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties.”
