Apeex (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is a company incorporated in the Republic of Seychelles under the relevant laws of the Republic of Seychelles, which operates on the website https://www.apeex.io (hereinafter referred to as “the Website” or “Website"), a website dedicated to providing users with digital asset transactions and related services (hereinafter referred to as "the service" or "service"). For the convenience of the Agreement, the Company and the Website collectively will be referred to as "we" or other first-person name in the Agreement. All contents of the Website are available in multiple languages for the convenience of users. In case of conflict or omission, the Chinese version shall prevail.
