This document acts as an agreed upon Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) between you (“Purchaser”, “User”, “you”) and Smart Refinery Technologies Group OU (“SRT Group”, “Company”). You accept these Terms when you purchase SRT Group’s SRT tokens (“Tokens”) or use SRT Group services or any other features, technologies or functionalities offered by SRT Group on SRT Group website at srtcoin.io (“Site”) or through any other means (collectively, “Services”). The terms “us”, “we” or “our” refer to SRT Group too. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
