This License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is effective as of 1st January 2023 (the “Effective Date”) and is entered into by and between SAGE Publications, Limited, located at 1 Oliver's Yard, 55 City Road, London EC1Y 1SP, United Kingdom (“SAGE”), and Consorci de Serveis Universitaris de Catalunya (CSUC), a non- profit academic consortium with its principal offices located at Edifici Nexus, Carrer del Gran Capità, 2, 08034 Barcelona, Spain (“Licensee”), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”.
