This First Amendment to the Chapter 380 Program Agreement for Economic Development Incentives (this “FIRST AMENDMENT”) is made and entered into by and between Villa Maria Partnership, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company (“DEVELOPER”) and the City of Bryan, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation (“CITY”). CITY and DEVELOPER may be referred to collectively herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
