(the “Seller”) and ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Bermuda) LTD., a Bermuda company, with its principle address of business at No. 1 R&D Rd. 1, Hsinchu Science Park, Hsinchu, Taiwan, R. O. C. (the “Buyer”) (the Seller and the Buyer hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”, or individually referred to as the “Party”).
