THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made this 7_th day of _June, 2023, by and between the Conejo Valley Unified School District, a public school district organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (“District”) and MATES Charter School, a California public charter school (“Charter School” or “MATES”). The District and the Charter School are collectively referred to as “the parties.”
