This Goods and Services Contract (“Contract”) for the Biosolids Application Project (Project No. 2022-4) Project (“Project”) is made and entered into on this day of 2022 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of McMinnville, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), and Denali Water Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”).
