This JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated _____, 2008 is entered into by and among the Oakland Unified School District and the Alameda Unified School District (the “Initial Participating Districts”), who, together with all other parties executing this Agreement, except those which have been withdrawn in accordance with Article XIV hereof, are referred to as the “Participating Districts.” All capitalized terms used in this Agreement (unless otherwise defined) shall have the meanings provided in Article IV below.
