The trust management institution and the asset trust agreement are considered to be essentially interrelated categories. Article 850 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan lists the grounds for the establishment of trust management of property and, first of all, it states ―the agreement of trust management of property concluded between the founder and the trustee‖ [ [1].
