This First Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 47483 (“First Amendment”) is made between the City of Fort Worth (“FORT WORTH”), a municipal corporation, acting herein by and through Susan Alanis, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager and the City of Arlington, a municipal corporation, (“USER”) acting herein through Gilbert Perales, its duly authorized Deputy City Manager.
