In consideration of being permitted to participate on a team in the PIG WRESTLING event activities, RELEASOR, his/her parents, his/her legal representatives, heirs and assigns, hereby releases, waives and discharges SPONSOR, their employees, volunteers, agents, elected and appointed officials, for any and all loss or damage and any claim for damages resulting therefrom or on account of any injury to participant’s person or property, even injury resulting in the death of the participant whether caused by the negligence of the SPONSOR or otherwise while RELEASOR is participating in the PIG WRESTLING event activities or is in the area where PIG WRESTLING activities take place.
