This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between CalAmp Wireless Networks Corporation (“CalAmp”) and the user (the "Customer", “You”, “Your”) of the CalAmp iOn Hours™ application. This EULA governs the use of and access to CalAmp iOn Hours™ application, which provides hours of service electronic logging, vehicle inspection, online help and back office monitoring services through an Android tablet and a CalAmp telematics device, such as the V- Series ELD (collectively “CalAmp iOn Hours Service™” or the “Service”). The “Service” as used herein includes use of or access to hardware, software, firmware, used in all portions of the CalAmp iOn Hours Service™, including applications, websites and devices acquired directly or indirectly from CalAmp.
