In consideration for being allowed entry into and participation in activities (the “Activities”) associated with Leadership Montgomery County (“LMC”), I, , hereby release and discharge LMC, its insurance carriers, legal representatives, present and former corporate parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, and successors, present and former directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives (collectively the “LMC Parties”) from any and all liability, demands, claims, causes of action or suits for personal injury, death or property damage I may have or which may subsequently accrue to me in the future, whether known or unknown, arising out of or relating in any way to my participation in the Activities REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH INJURIES, DEATH OR DAMAGE ARE CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE SOLE, JOINT OR CONCURRENT NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR STATUTORY FAULT OF THE LMC PARTIES.
