This Sponsorship Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of September 17, 2024 (“Effective Date”) by and between Novartis Healthcare A/S, Reg. No. 20575786, a company incorporated under the laws of Denmark, located at Edvard Thomsens Vej 14, DK-2300 Copenhagen S, Denmark (“Novartis”) and LyLe Patientforening for Lymfekræft, Leukæmi og MDS, an Organization incorporated under the laws of Denmark, located at Banetoften 26, 4700 Næstved, (“Sponsership Recipient”). Novartis and Sponsorship Recipient may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
