This Agreement govern your rights and obligations regarding the use of my Software (“Software”) and service (both collectively referring to as “Service”) on the Internet or in cellular media. The Service is not officially affiliated with the respective university; therefore, the respective university is not held responsible for any problems with the Service. This Agreement constitute a fully binding agreement between Jasper Bae (“I” or “me”), the proprietor of all rights in and to the Service, and you.
