This Bond Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of July 1, 2013, between the Town of Christiansburg, Virginia (the “Issuer”) and the Industrial Development Authority of the County of Stafford and the City of Staunton, Virginia (the “Purchaser”). For and in consideration of the premises hereinafter contained, Issuer hereby agrees to issue and sell to Purchaser, and Purchaser agrees to purchase and accept, the Bond, as defined below, on the terms set forth herein.
