The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC”), an administrative agency within the executive branch of the state of Texas, and Smith Protective Services, Inc. (“Contractor”), having its principal office at 1800 Grandstand Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78238, (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”), enter into the following agreement (“Contract”) for unarmed and armed security guard services for nine HHSC locations in Region 8.
