THIS AGREEMENT, effective this date of , by and between the GREATER ORLANDO AVIATION AUTHORITY, a public and governmental body existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as “Authority”), and THE MIDDLESEX CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”).
