THIS LEASE AND OPERATING RIGHTS AGREEMENT, (hereinafter "Lease" or "Agreement") made and entered into this 1st day of March, 2019 by and between the City of Sanford, Maine, a body politic and corporate, with offices at the City Hall, 919 Main Street, Sanford, Maine and at the Sanford Seacoast Regional Airport, Sanford, Maine, (hereinafter called "Lessor" or “City”) and Pilots Cove Café, LLC 6A Whitten Street, Hampton, NH 03842 (hereinafter called "Lessee").
