In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the Facilities Agreement and Deed of Assignment (1st Party) both dated 30th March 2022,entered between the Assignee and the said Assignor and in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between Assignor/Borrower and Neuvo Creative Sdn Bhd (‘the Vendor’) dated 22nd February 2022, it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the under mentioned Auctioneer.
