This Master Subscription Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Customer, on behalf of itself and its Affiliates, and Scitara, and sets forth the terms and conditions under which Scitara agrees to provide to Customer, through Scitara’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) distribution model, a right to access and use certain Services as defined in this Agreement and associated Benchling Order Form (as defined below), and if applicable, to provide Customer certain Professional Services in relation to the Services.
