AGREEMENT made this 3rd day of February 2022, between OneAscent Investment Solutions, LLC, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the state of Delaware (the "Adviser"), and Teachers Advisors, LLC a Delaware limited liability company (the "Subadviser"). In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
