This letter confirms the agreement between Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of British Columbia represented by the British Columbia Offshore Oil and Gas Team ("the Province”) and the BC Seafood Alliance (the "Organization") in respect of the Project, on the terms set out below (the “Agreement”).
