This AGREEMENT made and entered into on this day of 2010 by and between the City of Overland Park, Kansas, hereinafter referred to as "SYSTEM PROVIDER," and Board of Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas, hereinafter referred to as "USER AGENCY." USER AGENCY is acting on behalf of its various departments including the Johnson County Sheriff's Office, the Johnson County Department of Corrections, the Johnson County Communications Center, the Johnson County District Attorney's Office and the 10th Judicial District Court Services Department (each being an “Individual Department”).
