This TRADING ADVISORY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is entered into as of April 14, 2011, by and among Steben & Company, Inc., a Maryland corporation (“SCI” or the "General Partner”), Aspect Global Diversified Fund LP (to be re-named the Seneca Global Fund, L.P.), a Delaware limited partnership (the "Fund"), and Estlander & Partners Ltd, a Finnish limited liability company with its registered office in Helsinki, Finland (the “Advisor”).

This TRADING ADVISORY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is entered into as of January 26, 2011, by and among Steben & Company, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the "General Partner"), Aspect Global Diversified Fund LP, a Delaware limited partnership (as such entity is referred to as of the date hereof and as such entity may be re-named in the future, the "Fund"), and Blackwater Capital Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Advisor"), whose principal address is 36 Cattano Avenue, Suite 601, Morristown, NJ 07960.
