The purpose of this agreement is to ensure that the requirements of both C-Path and the contributing entity regarding data sharing and secondary use of data are addressed and satisfied when an organization contributes data to C-Path consortia and/or research projects. A completed Data Contribution Agreement (DCA) must be in place before a dataset is transferred to C-Path for storage, research, or analysis.
