The State Highway Administration is soliciting bids for a qualified contract to provide Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems preventative maintenance, service repairs and emergency services for the equipment and systems at the State Highway Administration Owings Mills Maintenance Facility at 10690 Red Run Blvd. Owings Mills, Maryland 21117 and satellite facilities. Pricing is for both the preventative maintenance work and time and material pricing for service repairs and emergency services as indicated on the attached bid sheet. The term of this contract is for two calendar years.
