Art. L. 541-10-6. - Since 1 January 2012, all legal and natural persons manufacturing, importing or bringing to market furniture items are required to take charge of collecting and processing the waste generated by these items at the end of their life cycle, on their own initiative or by financially contri- buting to an accredited environmental organisation which handles these matters.
