This Agreement is entered into by and between Qwest Corporation (“Qwest”), a Colorado corporation, and ionex Communications North, Inc. (fka Advanced Communications Group and Firstel, Inc.) (“CLEC”) a corporation, effective as of the Effective Date, defined below. Qwest and CLEC shall be known jointly as the “Parties”.
