This Agreement is entered into at New York, N.Y., on the 31st Day of Ianuary, 2019, by and between THE ASSOCIATED PRESS, a New York corporation hereinafter referred to as the “Employer,” and the NEWS MEDIA GUILD, a local, No. 31222, chartered by THE NEWS GUILD -COMMUNICATIONS WORKERS of AMERICA, hereinafter referred to as the “Guild or “Union,” for itself and on behalf of all employees of The Associated Press described in Article 1, for whom the Guild is the exclusive collective bargaining agent.
